Everyone has emotions, everyone has boundaries and limits. School can be a very stressful environment for some students, due to home reasons, mental illness, or other factors.
We all have some sort of struggle, and everyones struggles are valid! It's not a competition, and we all need to look after each other. Emotions can be presented in many different ways, so it's important to remember that the way someone acts might not correlate with how they feel. Understanding, patience, and support is the way to power through this.
Be kind to others , you never know what theyre going through.
